After being introduced to AcroYoga in 2014, Nikki has gone on to attend 200hr Yoga Teacher Training (Indigo Wellness, 2016), 200hr Thai Bodywork Training (Blue Lotus Thai Healing, 2018), and is an AcroYoga JAMbassador ( AcroYoga International, 2018).
Building from a foundation as a competitive stunt cheerleader and dancer, AcroYoga has become her number one passion. She has attended Chicago AcroYoga Fest and AcroYoga International Iowa Elemental Immersion, as well as classes in Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, and Chicago.
